Beyond division,
toward unity
Advaya means non-duality. We built a workforce platform that refuses the old split between structure and care — and named it for the thing it actually organizes: work itself.
KaryaWhy we call it Karya
Karya (कार्य) means work — action, duty, the task at hand. It's a small, direct word for what this platform actually does: organize the work of a company, from the first clock-in to the last payslip. Where Advaya (non-duality) is the parent philosophy, Karya is its most literal expression — not a metaphor, just the thing itself, done well.
Advaya Karya follows the same naming logic as our knowledge base, Advaya Prajñā — each product paired directly with Advaya, not sold under it.
Our Mission
To give every company — from a five-person team to a five-hundred-seat floor — the same workforce infrastructure Advaya built to run itself.
Our Vision
A single, trustworthy home for attendance, payroll and people — so operators spend their time running the business, not reconciling spreadsheets.
Our Values
Structure over chaos. Accuracy over approximation. And a standing pledge to give back to the earth and its creatures.
At least 5–10% of every client billing funds our NGO work — planting trees and giving street animals shelter, food & medical care.
