Karya is built for complex schedules: rotating shifts, 24×7 coverage, and a compact 15-minute shift-code system so a manager can lay out a whole team's roster in a spreadsheet and upload it in one go, keyed by your own employee IDs. Week-offs, comp-offs and holidays are first-class, and every roster day also records whether the person worked from office, home or hybrid.
Regularisation and a clean monthly log
Missed a punch? Employees raise a regularisation request and the manager approves it — no back-and-forth over email. Every day rolls up into a monthly log marked present, absent, on-leave or loss-of-pay, giving HR a clean, auditable record at month-end.
Attendance that becomes payroll
Attendance can fill the payroll run's loss-of-pay days. HR reviews the figures before running payroll and can enter additional earnings, including overtime, as configured components. Automatic overtime rate calculation and biometric-device integration are planned.
