How does the pricing calculator work?
Choose the number of employees and the features you need. The calculator recommends the lowest published plan that covers them and shows the monthly equivalent separately from annual billing. Free covers up to 10 employees. Enterprise, extra storage and custom implementation need a separate quote. Taxes are not calculated here.
How is billing calculated?
Per employee, per month, billed annually, with a document-storage allowance included on every plan. The Free plan covers up to 10 employees; paid plans scale with your headcount.
Why does the price change by country?
The site shows your local currency automatically, and each region is priced for its own market rather than a straight conversion. India + US are live today; UK, Canada and Australia are coming soon and shown at indicative prices.
What can Maharishi answer from my records?
Signed-in users can select supported records such as leave, attendance, rosters, payslips and profile information, subject to their role and plan. Authorized approvers can read company attendance and pending-approval summaries. Answers show the source and retrieval time; the assistant also searches tutorials. It does not perform actions or answer every arbitrary question.
What's on the roadmap?
Broader assistant coverage and autonomous actions are not included. On the payroll side: full statutory filing (ECR, challans, Form 16/24Q) and the UK, Canada and Australia packs. Biometric-device integrations and single sign-on with Google or Microsoft are planned Enterprise capabilities that need an implementation scope before customers commit. Goals, performance reviews and policy acknowledgements ship on Suite today.
